Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sameh Amr
Founder and Managing Partner
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sameh Amr combines legal practice, academia and diplomacy. He is Professor of International Law at Cairo University, an independent arbitrator and legal advisor. His experience includes corporate and investment law, banking and finance, commercial law and domestic and international arbitration. His diplomatic career included service as Egypt's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to UNESCO.
Rania Koura
Partner
Rania focuses primarily on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and inter-state arbitration, acting as arbitrator and counsel. Her work includes complex disputes across sectors including hospitality and construction.
Mahmoud El-Khamry
Partner
Mahmoud specializes in investor-State, inter-State and commercial arbitration. His experience includes ICC, CRCICA and DIAC matters, ICSID and OIC arbitration, set-aside proceedings, energy, tourism, construction, hospitality, M&A, due diligence and project agreements. He previously served as a Judge at the Egyptian State Council.
Ahmed Zekry
Head of Banking & Finance
Ahmed brings more than 20 years of banking and finance legal experience across Egypt and the GCC. His background includes senior legal leadership roles at Banque Misr (UAE), Emirates Development Bank, Mashreq Bank, Ahli Bank and CIB Egypt. His practice covers finance, regulatory compliance, governance, AML/CFT, KYC and cross-border matters.
Habiba Amr
Senior Counsel
Habiba focuses on Corporate Law, M&A and transaction documentation, including shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, facility agreements, management agreements, consultancy agreements and franchise agreements. She also works on legal due diligence and advises startups and SMEs.
Essam Magdy
Counsel
Essam advises across corporate law, M&A, banking and finance, capital markets, hospitality, education, healthcare and information technology. His previous roles included Legal Counsel at Arab Bank Egypt and work at the National Bank of Egypt.
